This opening for a Principal Business Process Consultant, Industry Workflow will be a functional and process expert on a customer engagement team – delivering implementations for the ServiceNow Telecomm Operations solution. Consulting with global complex Telecomm organizations and guiding them in the endeavor of transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements for this solution, initially focused on Order Management, Service Operations Management, Service Assurance and Service Management.
