Project Manager, R&D

We are developing handheld devices and algorithms, easily and noninvasively assessing cardiovascular health.  Our device collects arterial pulse and sound waveforms while wirelessly streaming to a mobile device for real-time review of the patient's cardiovascular health. We empower physicians and patients with next generation data analysis to discover previously undiagnosed cardiovascular disease at the point of care.

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our elite team of talented and dedicated professionals.  You will report directly to the CEO.

In this newly created, remote (home-based) position, you will build and lead an R&D team to work from a healthy pipeline of concepts through clinicals, clearance, and global commercialization.

You will strategize to breakdown the project into digestible and achievable goals, set and manage priorities with a team of technical R&D experts, while working cross functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, et al.

• 8-10 years’ experience managing projects in the medical device field
• Understanding of hemodynamics and human physiology
• Knowledge of cardiovascular device space
• Prior experience with at least some of the following: minimally invasive monitoring, algorithms, hemodynamic signal processing, arterial waves

• There is some flexibility in the level of this position. It may be a  Manager, a Director, or even a VP R&D.
• Location: anywhere in the USA. Proximity to our office in Pasadena, CA is a plus.
