The Targeting organization is comprised of four autonomous regional BUs that are highly adapted to their local customer, business, and regulatory environment. Despite their diversity, the Regions proactively collaborate to align strategic priorities, better support global customers, and identify areas for product transferability and resource synergy. Global alignment has resulted in significant global pipeline development and the launch of capabilities such as ATV across new markets.

Job Description

We are looking for a versatile individual with a unique blend of strong sales, marketing, strategy, product management and innovation experience who can work across regional business units and global teams. In this role, you will have significant autonomy and self-direction, you have accountability to senior level stakeholders, and you will manage execution and must thrive in a results-orientated and high expectation environment.


  • Work with Targeting Global and Regional Leadership teams to identify and execute on opportunities for high-value global collaboration and synergy.
  • Areas of focus include but are not limited to global customer engagement, operational optimization, product scaling and innovation, and global marketing and messaging alignment
  • Expectation of that $10m+ of global value is driven annually, measured through international pipeline growth, new product revenue, global client engagement, and/or operational efficiencies via best practice sharing.
  • Communicates at all levels of the regional and global organization to identify and champion the Targeting global strategy, customers, and alignment
  • Strong understanding of the local market and client needs to successfully define “Jobs to be Done” and assumptions that will drive innovation adoption within the local market.  
  • Engage with clients, product teams, sales teams, regional leadership to understand voice of customer needs, product pipelines and strategic focus areas. 
  • Works with regional and global teams to implement product/concept design and rapid prototyping
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders across business units, including product managers, marketing operations, technology and engineering, data scientists, sales, legal and compliance to ensure proper coordination and execution of global scaling projects
  • Global collaboration, ability to work within a global team and global travel required.  This role will require flexibility in scheduling as calls and meetings may occur in all time zones.  



  • 5+ years working with Experian with exposure to multiple regions and the Targeting business
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, product management, strategy, product innovation or related functions (ideally a mix of functions/cross-functional experience)
  • Demonstrated client engagement/consultative experience.
  • Experience in data products and services, data analytics, or related technology fields is preferred
  • Proven track record of working across geographies and driving for high-impact results
  • Exceptional organizational skills required, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Must remain flexible and be comfortable with ambiguity within a very demanding, constantly changing environment
  • Excellent decision-making, and presentation skills and strong influencing skills and be able to interface with business, technology, analytics, operations, systems and marketing personnel
  • Resourceful creative thinker with strong technology and analytical skills
  • Able to excel in flexible, matrixed reporting structures
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and self-direction when required
  • A bachelor’s degree required
