The Targeting organization is comprised of four autonomous regional BUs that are highly adapted to their local customer, business, and regulatory environment. Despite their diversity, the Regions proactively collaborate to align strategic priorities, better support global customers, and identify areas for product transferability and resource synergy. Global alignment has resulted in significant global pipeline development and the launch of capabilities such as ATV across new markets.
We are looking for a versatile individual with a unique blend of strong sales, marketing, strategy, product management and innovation experience who can work across regional business units and global teams. In this role, you will have significant autonomy and self-direction, you have accountability to senior level stakeholders, and you will manage execution and must thrive in a results-orientated and high expectation environment.
