Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead our product organization (Product Managers, Product Design Team, Product Marketers, and Business Analysts) and own core and vendor application product vision and alignment. This role will work closely with our customers, vendors, our CTO, and GTM team, and responsible for hitting key product milestones and delighting customers and vendors.


  • Hire, manage and mentor a growing team of product managers, designers and analysts

  • Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities

  • Develop budgets, forecasts and metrics across each product

  • Own the product roadmap and communicate product strategy with C-level staff, board members and other internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist in communication directly with customers on concerns and roadmap, as needed

  • Work across multiple departments to assess marketing strategy and provide insight and assistance

  • Assist in providing pricing and competitive positioning for each product

  • Set and monitor KPI’s for the product function


  • 7+ years of product leadership experience preferably in B2B/B2C marketplaces or sales/martech SaaS businesses 

  • Strong track record building and leading a product team in a start-up environment

  • Experience working with executives and stakeholders throughout different functional areas of the business

  • Understanding of how to collect and use market data and customer data to help drive strategy and validate assumptions

  • Product visionary with exceptional SaaS and marketplace product instincts

  • Deep customer empathy; capable of handling complex conversations with enterprise decision makers

  • Data and results driven mentality
