Purpose:
The main purpose of this job is to build customer relationships that result in sales opportunities. Expected yearly earnings of $55,000 - $85,000 with commission targets! This associate is responsible for meeting our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets through direct customer selling by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects & recommending solutions. This associate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
Job Responsibilities
· Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies
· Plan, present, and/or facilitate sales presentations and meetings
· Provide presentation and product demonstration support during the introduction of new products and services to customers
· Provide up-to-date and accurate information of sales numbers (Current, Goal, Trend, etc.)
· Read trade journals and professional literature to stay informed on trends, innovations, and changes that affect media planning
· Reports to Sales Manager and/or Customer when additional items are required, preventing possible customer dissatisfaction.
· Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products (as needed)
· Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
· Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
· Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions
Requirements
· Proficient ability to interact with computer systems, including CRM platforms, internet-based applications, Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, & Outlook, as well as have experience with content creation software (photography, videography, etc.)

· Ability to work well in a high-pressure, demanding environment
· Acceptable Motor Vehicle status, with current driver’s license, and ability to operate a motor vehicle
· Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Qualifications
· Previous experience in sales, advertisement, or other related field
· Previous experience in market research
