Job Description

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will provide comprehensive support for the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with all design needs for the firm such as advertisements, recruiting items and marketing materials.
  • Handle the posting and distribution of external firm content, including edits to the firm’s website (on WordPress) and social media channels
  • Assist with running the firm’s webinars.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of videos.
  • Assist with management of the Firm’s CRM system (HubSpot), including list creation, pipeline editing and overall maintenance
  • Drafting, editing, and proofreading of content such as email alerts, articles, event materials, blog posts, presentations, social media, and more.
  • Assist with content updates to proposal materials and provide support to overall proposal process.
  • Support the different practice groups overall marketing plans and strategy.  
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or other related field
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience using HubSpot or other CRM tools
  • Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.)
  • Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, SEO, design, go-to-training software
  • Video editing a plus
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask and balance multiple deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
