Job Description

 

  • Manage day to day operations in US together with the colleagues from User Support
  • Documenting all incidents, requests, changes & problems in service management tool
  • Documenting all Cis for US in the service management tool & keeping up to date
  • Resolving all IT issues for the US either alone or together with User Support and/or IT Operations team
  • Drive solutions with service providers & colleagues
  • System & Service documentation to be done and kept up to date in the specific tools
  • Will be part of the follow the sun IT Operations & User Support
  • Will coordinate user support activities with colleagues in Atlanta, Mountain View and Vienna

Qualifications

  • 5 years+ in administrating large IT Enterprise infrastructure
  • 3 years+ in leading & coordinating projects
  • Strong background in implementing and maintaining Apple Technology
  • Excellent understanding and know how of Microsoft Technology
  • Proven experience in managing service providers
  • Experience in working in international environments in different time zones

Competencies:

  • Mandatory ITIL know how
  • Mandatory Windows & Mac OS troubleshooting competencies on clients & workstation
  • Understanding of cloud services & IT Infrastructure
  • Basic understanding of IT security control standards like SOC2, ISO27001, …
  • Basic understanding of network infrastructure
  • Excellent communication in English language, both written & verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Very good skills in escalation management
  • Continuous development & learning life
