TITLE: CLOUD PROJECT MANAGER
LOCATION: Remote work with possible travel

DUTIES/TASKS:
· Overall responsibility of designing and executing a cloud migration strategy solution with our client(s), cross-service teams and third-party partners
· Work closely with IT modernization consultants, cloud solution architects and cloud engineers in translating client IT strategic goals, roadmaps, and business requirements into future state architectures designed to leverage the cutting-edge functionality delivered through commercial and private cloud service providers
· Understand the adoption challenges in migrating on-prem application portfolios and will be able to bridge the gaps during the migration strategy design process
· Direct project managers and technical resources and will have experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Visio), templates and processes to manage the delivery of cloud migration program/projects.
· Design migration strategies, taking into consideration client business and technical roadmaps, data migration approaches, training and hand-off activities required to cutover and normalize operations activities
· Direct the implementation and configuration of migration tools from demo and pilot efforts to full-scale enterprise-level phased migrations
· Deliver migrations within schedule, scope and budget as designed in the migration strategies
· Create best practice detailed migration plans utilizing work breakdown structure to establish critical path, agreed-upon milestones/deliverables, and resource plans according to the cloud migration strategy
· Prepare executive reports and present to Senior Management (both client and internal)
· Lead identification of risks, actions, and issues through proactive communication and collaboration with stakeholders and various teams
· Lead rapid migration approaches for cloud-based solutions utilizing agile project management approaches
· Manage medium to large scale technical projects covering cross functional teams, including Technical project planning, monitoring and controlling the project performance
· Help manage issues and risk to ensure timely implementation of projects, to include carrying out risk assessments, identifying project roadblocks, and ensuring resource availability and allocation
· Multitask and handle various projects, deadlines and changing priorities
· Client meetings and internal communication
· Prepare and conduct written and oral presentations
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Minimum 12 years recent experience with above duties, including the following;
· Should have an established background in traditional hosted, or outsourced, transition projects for n-tier enterprise architectures.
· Minimum 12 years recent experience with above duties, including the following;
· Azure/AWS Cloud Framework, SAP Migration, PMP standards, AGILE methodology, PPM, MSFT Project and TimelinePro.
· Ability to effectively work Remote with nationwide travel.
· Active PMP, SAP and Cloud/DevOps Certifications
· MUST Be US Citizen minimum 3 years.
· Education – MUST have a BS or BA degree in STEM or related Fields.
