Infina is seeking a highly motivated full stack Java developer supporting both front-end and back-end development. 

Duties/Responsibilities

• Creatively and efficiently design applications and software solutions to meet the customer’s requirements
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of current coding standards and the tools required for development
• Customize new and existing code to ensure efficiency, functionality, and quality
• Utilize industry-standard testing methods to troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software
• Perform risk analysis design, mock-up, document, unit testing, system testing, code review and support demonstration to User and deployment of Feature to Production
• Work collaboratively with team to receive and respond to project requests
• Communicate with the users to determine problems or design requirements
• Develop technical documentation
• Create reports and present development updates to teams and stakeholders
• Provide expertise and leadership to deliver project in timely manner
• Follow the Systems Development Life Cycle process independently
• Develop technical solutions and architectural design for enhancements on the Sprint
• Participate in Backlog grooms and lead a Feature: elaborating it to smaller user stories and present it to team during Backlog groom
• Participate and commit to the User Stories assigned in the Sprint
• Serve as Scrum Master on an as-needed basis

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least ten (10) years of experience in developing software
• Must be proficient in:
  • Java
  • Spring Framework 
  • Spring Data / Hibernate
  • Angular
  • web services
  • PostgreSQL
  • Typescript 
  • JUnit
  • Karma
  • Jasmine
• Excellent hands-on experience with
  • Java, JEE, Spring 5.x, Spring Security, Spring-WS, JPA, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL, XML, JSON, JWT, etc.
  • DevOps and CI/CD tools integration - JIRA, Jenkins, BitBucket, SonarQube, Eclipse, Hp Fortify,
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Rest services environments such as RESTful APIs and JSON
  • Red Hat Linux and Windows OS and Virtualization
• Familiarity with:
  • Angular Framework, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, etc.
  • Amazon EC2, Amazon RDS, Elastic Load Balancer,EBS, S3, etc.
  • Model Driven Development, SysML, UML, Eclipse UML Plugins, Design
• Experience with
  • Testing frameworks and tools such as Unit, Mockito, karma and Protractor
  • Version control systems, such as SVN, and BitBucket
  • Agile and Scrum development methodologies and tools such as JIRA
  • 508 Compliance
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
