Your responsibility is to ensure all Unit4 Solution Consultants have the knowledge, skills and tools to sell our vision, our solutions and reach our global ACV targets.
This is an individual contributor role and will be part of the Global Solution Consulting team who work together to create a global scalable, highly productive and successful Solution Consulting practise.

Unit4 is making a fundamental break with past thinking in the ERP marketplace focused on mid-market services organisations. We are positioned in a very unique way to go after and build a 10 billion-dollar revenue-plus market leader, for mid-market people-centric ERP in the industries we specialise in. ERPx, coupled with both robust pre-existing functions and our extensions enabled by microservices, will play well with customers who want the benefits of customisations but who don’t want the accompanying technical debt burden.
Your role:
The ideal candidate has hands-on technical experience in presales along with the experience of developing talent. You should have experience with recruiting and hiring, You will have an understanding of enterprise selling, ideally in a cloud environment. An enablement background is a plus. You must have superlative communication skills, the ability to present, and confidence in communicating with leadership. You should be great at providing 1:1 coaching, guidance, and management.
5+ years in field Solution Consulting or pre-sales management for a global SaaS sales organization
Experience in or with a talent-development, training, or enablement program
A strong technical background and experience with enterprise software
Strong ability to deliver and facilitate education, ability to collaborate with other facilitators and utilize existing materials
Proven ability to live up to commitments while maintaining integrity and focus on details
Demonstrated proactive approach to perform without being told what to do
Strong team player; demonstrated ability to partner and work across functional departments
Strong business acumen, strong reporting and analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
