Onboarding Team Lead Job Description:
Clipboard Health matches per diem nurses to health care facilities across the United States. The Onboarding Specialist role is responsible for leading a division of Onboarding Specialists to keep the team aligned with process knowledge/updates and goal targets.
Leading a team of 8-10 Onboarding Specialists and having weekly 1-1’s
Coaching the team of Onboarding Specialists when individual metrics and/or quality assurance are below standards
Owning the process knowledge of your Onboarding Specialists, and keeping them up to date with process changes or updates
Creating weekly reports of individuals on the team hitting the targets.
Communicating with the Documents team lead for new state requirements that come through to be sure that we are aligned and efficiently getting new documents processed.
Auditing the Onboarded Healthcare Professionals that come through from Onboarding Specialists to be sure no requirements are missing.
Monitoring that cases are getting closed, inbound calls are getting answered and text messages are getting responded to in a timely matter from the team.
Reporting any team issues or large MSA struggles to direct manager to strategize on a plan to move forward with success.
At least 2 years of Leadership Experience
At least 1 year of experience in Recruiting/Onboarding required
Experienced in working from home/BPO setting
Experience with Google Sheets/Excel preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sense of urgency
Dependable on completing tasks on time
