Eurofins Consumer Product Testing Division (hereinafter Eurofins CPT) is a rapidly expanding international group of over 40 laboratories out of the more than 400 labs within the Eurofins Scientific Corporation.

The Division is focused on Quality Assurance and Quality Control of a wide range of Consumer Products and Industrial fields.

Within Eurofins CPT, the sub-International Business Line Softlines & Leather/ Toys & Hardlines (IBL) comprises a network of 8 state-of-the-art laboratories across 7 countries, providing testing, certification, inspection, regulatory, training and audit services to retailers and brand owners in the Textile, Footwear and Leather industries.

To accomplish the development of Best in Class IT solutions including a client facing digital platform to better serve our clients and stand-out in the market, we are launching the hereinafter described position.

S&L/ T&H IT Solutions Director

In coordination with the sub IBL leader, our new IT Solutions Director will develop, implement, permanently improve, and maintain a bespoke and adaptable set of IT solutions throughout the sub-IBL in the areas of Management Systems, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Digital, Quality Management, and any uprising requirements, to cover all internal and external needs, current and future, according to – and anticipating industry and market trends, while observing the Eurofins rules, guidelines and safety policies.

He/She will develop a best-in-class and secure digital platform, for our customers to log in and book our services, track the status, interact with our experts, access to all our online services, manage vendors and quality budget and analyse KPIs and obtain any real-time, on-demand information in a quick and intuitive manner.

His/Her main assignments are to define, implement and lead the IT Tools strategy in order to integrate and link internal operational solutions, such as Laboratory Management systems, ComLIMS (the existing inter-laboratory management tool), Microsoft Dynamics AX (for Finance and Accounting), CRM (Sales, Marketing and Customer Service) and other related Project Management tools with the -to be developed - external extranet.

On the other hand, He/She is in charge of the preparation of technical documentation and solution design specification for new projects and is ensuring good design & development practices and high quality standards are in place in the areas of setup, configuration and customization.

In overall, He/She is fully accountable for the group-wide optimized and harmonized processes within the business line and makes sure that appropriate, timely information about content and progress of the implementation-project will be updated to all stakeholders.

Ideally you would have an University/Engineering Major in any IT field + MBA or equivalent degree, with proven command of the Microsoft Dynamics  CRM, PowerBI, and further Microsoft solutions (or equivalent) and good undertanding of the MS Dynamics architecture and corresponding technologies (X++, SQL Server, Share Point, AIF, Enterprise Portal, IIS and Windows Servers family).

In addition, any advanced knowledge of other ERP platforms (e.g. SAP) will be considered a strong asset, especially in addition to your robust understanding of the service provision processes, operations, sales, customer resource management, accountancy and marketing areas.

Your strategic thinking: capacity to identify business needs and transform them into a strategic plan. Identifying solutions and selecting the best combination of practices by taking an innovative approach to problem solving is definitely important for this position.

Your highly developed problem-solving skills, tenacity, drive, proactivity, creativity, planning and organizational abilities, strong improvement focus, and ability to work in a fast-evolving and fast paced environment will be vey helpful for you to suceed in this mission.

Your previous xperience(s) of delivering complex programs and managing multicultural and distributed teams within global organizations with many stakeholders and Your natural leadership, your experience in People management are also the must have.
