Job Description

Main Duties 

  • Working with Regional Planner to manage customer expectations
  • Working With Regional Supply Chain to manage customer expectations
  • Working with Specialist Contractor’s to manage customer expectations
  • Attend Finance review meetings
  • Attend WIP review meetings
  • Attend Debt review meetings
  • Present weekly Access Schedule To Client
  • Close monitoring of the client’s compliance system and uploading documentation to it
  • Review quotations with the client on a weekly basis
  • Presents monthly Look Ahead’s
  • Managing Regional service delivery in line with SLA’s ( Aged PPM / Aged Reactive Works / Current PPM & Current Reactive Works
  • Regular communication with the client and site operational teams
  • Attends client meetings / customer facing
  • Building client relationships
  • Provide operational support 
  • Prepare and issue monthly client reports
  • Carry out weekly client satisfaction survey’s
  • Managing contract compliance
  • Attend site visit’s with the Account Manager
  • Submit uploaders to System Support where required.
  • Utilise and navigate Direct Audits / Mozaic and support the client
  • Review GRN reports and approve Purchase Order Numbers for payment
  • Review P6 Accruals report and provide updates
  • First point of escalation for the client
  • Deputise for the Account Manager during periods of absence 

Qualifications

  • Proficient microsoft office skills and systems knowledge.
  • Influential and motivational leadership capability.
  • Understand the structure of the business to effectively carry out duties.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritise a changing workload and use initiative.
  • The individual must sustain enthusiasm with ideally relevant experience, good analytical skills and an ability to understand and help solve complex issues. 
  • Must have experience working within a team environment. 
  • Communication is essential as well as sound stakeholder management skills. 
  • Must have ability to effectively input in contract meetings and adapt to a diverse job role.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Effective at operating in a matrix environment.
  • Elevated level of integrity with a commitment to embedding a strong governance culture.
  • Able to produce concise and informative reporting under tight deadlines.
