About This Role

The Key Account Manager, Finland will be responsible for strategic planning, localization and implementation of multichannel marketing and sales activities of Biogen biosimilars to reach set sales targets. You will be also supporting the implementation of Biogen MS portfolio sales activities. Being a pioneer and role model for multichannel marketing and sales, is essential for this role.

Marketing and digital communication responsibility will be your focus in leading biosimilars multichannel marketing connected to customer planning within both internal and external compliance regulations in partnership with customers and internal teams.

You will be expected to maximize the sales performance of Biogen Biosimilars nationally, including the MS portfolio in the defined sales district.  You are responsible for creating and executing the commercial plan within both internal and external compliance regulations, and being responsible for budget, sales, and profits.

What You’ll Do

Strategic planning and implementation of Biosimilars multichannel marketing

  • Understands local market needs and define key marketing tactics for biosimilars.
  • Localizes biosimilar product strategies, promotional materials that are in line with the marketing strategy and local needs.
  • Create digital content in partnership with Biogen team and external stakeholders

Achieving sales and profit goals:

  • Works toward achievement of sales goals nationally for Biosimilars and own district for MS. Targets accounts and customers; prioritizes activities (sales calls, remote calls, events, and value adding projects) that drive market share.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key decision makers within the identified top accounts.
  • Actively finds opportunities and defines barriers in target accounts in close cooperation with Medical, Marketing, Market Access and Compliance.

Who You Are

You have experience as field product manager and or a multichannel role and thrive in combining the two in your work. You are a pioneer at heart, and you want to have an impact on shaping your own activities.


  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of pharmaceutical/health care sales experience, proven and sustained track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  • Bachelor/ master’s degree in business or relevant health care degree.
  • Local territory language is a must, proficiency in English.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Tech-savvy professional.
  • Innovation: challenges traditional thinking and generates and embraces novel solutions, high interest in multi-channel influencing.
  • Ability to lead several things at the same time and prioritize things.
  • Excellent communication skills.
