Job Description

Your tasks: 

  • Configure and implement our ERP solution in close co-operation with our customers 

  • Prepare and hold workshops at national and international customer sites in the EMEA region 

  • Customize our ERP solution in collaboration with our technical solutions consultants and developers 

  • Gather and document key business requirements and formulate best practice suggestions 

  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure a world-class events software suite 

  • Interact with key users and business owners as central point of contact between Ungerboeck and our customers 

Qualifications

Your profile: 

  • Successfully completed business (-informatics) studies or comparable qualification 

  • Relevant work experience in customer service and/or ERP consulting 

  • Passionate about client facing work 

  • Great teamwork and communication skills  

  • Self-driven and proactive nature with ability to work independently 

  • Willingness to travel (60%) 

  • Excellent French and English language skills (speaking and writing)
