Job Description

World-class customer service is one of the critical cornerstones of Wolt 💙 The quality of communication between our team and our customers and partners is essential as it determines how fast and accurately we can respond to inquiries and solve emerging problems. At Wolt, we currently serve over 9 Million monthly users. It takes some real serious work from our dedicated customer support teams in each of the 23 countries to ensure customer satisfaction.

You would join the shiny new team with a remarkable opportunity to contribute to the team's roadmap, tech choices, ways of working, and whatnot.  The team will own the Wolt support funnel end-to-end: The team will take ownership of improving inbound support ticket handling with self-service options, automatization, and improving support associate ticket handling efficiency. 

You can be based in the Helsinki capital area or work entirely remotely elsewhere in Finland, Germany, Denmark, or Estonia now and in the future! 🌍 Read more about our new remote set-up here.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a strong professional background in building frontend applications using Typescript (React) and delivering modern, testable and maintainable code. We commit to a user-centric approach and expect to find someone like-minded.
