Job Description

As Account Management Project Lead at YouGov America, you will support the Account Management (AM) team, who are responsible for managing commercial responsibilities for all clients. Reporting into Account Directors, you’ll support specific account management processes and tasks that aid achievement of the team’s core objective, both domestically and across the globe with our partner offices.

What will I be delivering?

  • Support Account Management team in the account planning and management process, ensuring delivery of both syndicated and custom projects which have been confirmed 
  • Manage status documents and strategic plans that are essential for the team to operate successfully
  • Assist with management of YouGov`s CRM systems to monitor and record progress made against the team’s targets and communicate upcoming client renewals
  • Support the maintenance of day-to-day client relationships from Account Management Director, including aiding with proposals and client-specific material
  • Liaise with internal teams including new business, finance, research, insights, and product to ensure projects and deadlines are managed in a timely matter

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years professional experience in a related role/field
  • Some experience working in a Client Services or Sales function, given you will support coordination on proposals including RFIs and RFPs
  • Passion for process and perfection
  • Excitement for problem problem-solving, analytical and numerical skills, with an attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in Excel, yet also a proficient user of MS Desktop applications and MS operating systems such as MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
  • Willingness to develop a system where is this none; being comfortable with a little bit of the unknown
