The Rights credit control and coordinator is responsible for assisting China rights team to meet or exceed the annual revenue targets and achieve long-term growth and development of overall T&F Group rights business in China.

What you'll be doing:

Your job responsibilities may include the following but not limited to:

• Invoice management: invoice collection, verification and delivery
• Customer credit control: overdue payment-chasing and revenue allocation with both headquarters side and customer side
• Data analysis: sales/revenue data collection, report export and analysis, T&F title translation publication dynamics, etc. to support marketing opportunity and new business model
• Royalty settlement, data entry and book stick management
• Sales-coordinating work: pre-publication material review, digital files acquisition, gratis copy management, WeChat-based rights title promotion and author care-supporting work, etc.
• Assistance to the team for achieving annual target and ad hoc tasks by the line manager

What we're looking for: 

• Bachelor’s degree or above, in majors of English/publishing/management preferred
• 1 year working experience preferred,  industry experience would be a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in written
• With initiatives to walk extra miles, willing to help team members in achieving a shared team target
• Experience of prioritizing and managing multi-tasks and pressure-handling skills 
• Willing to learn and drive for continuous improvements
