Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst, you will be reporting to the Senior Business Operations Lead, APAC and working with an amazing cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment, where communication and collaboration are always instilled. We need you to be our subject matter expert for supporting the infrastructure and analysis of Marketing campaigns and programs, that encompass the full funnel. Your talents in optimising every part of the customer journey will shine in this role.

You’ll get to do things like:

  • Operational improvement identification and liaison with global marketing operations / tools teams

  • Drive visibility and better understanding of APAC marketing initiatives and performance including regular reporting within APAC or into global teams

  • Partner with data and agency teams to perform campaign analysis, providing the team with insights and opportunities at campaign level to optimise and increase effectiveness (across funnel stage, channel, product or market)

  • Identify and track outcomes for marketing experiments - using different channels, tools, messages, images or other experimental approaches

  • Drive better connectivity / dialogue between global and regional marketing to improve outcomes and impact for APAC

  • Optimise scoring, lead routing and response strategy in partnership with Marketing segment managers and Sales teams

  • Optimise the sourcing of campaign lists, ensuring data quality and timely flow to and from the CRM system

  • Routinely analyse and report on key performance metrics and make recommendations, including optimising click-through and conversion rates

  • Maintain the quality of marketing data including compliance with corporate global privacy policies and keep up-to-date on email best practices
     

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years Marketing Operations/Analytical experience. B2B SaaS technology experience is ideal.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms such as Marketo and Marketing Cloud 
  • Experience using Salesforce.com to manage campaign lists and lead assignments
  • Experience reporting on campaigns, using analytical tools such as Mode, Bizible, Google Analytics
  • Passion for automation and increasing efficiencies
  • Passion for working with technology and data
  • Comfortable learning new applications/tools quickly with minimal direction
  • Demonstrate strong project management and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentations, story-telling, facilitation, consultative questioning and influencing 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to quickly implement projects
  • Passion for rolling up your sleeves and being resourceful to get shit done
  • Ability to be proactive and relentless: capable of seeking information independently, solving conceptual problems, and corralling resources and delivering results
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated experience of applying sound Marketing Operations best practices and optimising for every stage of the customer journey / funnel
