As a member of Square's Learning team, you will be driving the learning and development programs in line with Square's People strategy. You will drive program strategy, stakeholder relationships, execution, awareness, data insights, facilitation, and delivery of an outstanding learning experience. These programs touch leadership, onboarding, and general learning opportunities for all employees.
Your primary responsibilities will be upkeeping the quality of existing learning programs, ensuring all moving parts operate continuously, delivering, maintaining, and improving our new hire onboarding curriculum, while supporting specific leadership initiatives. Your role also involves a variety of other Learning & Development tasks such as developing content, upskilling tenured employees, and collaborating closely with operations leaders and other cross-functional teams.
You Will:
Partner with internal stakeholders to oversee the execution and organization of a growing catalogue of learning programs and offerings.
Deliver best in class training methods, frameworks, tactics, and approaches that effectively validate learning experiences
Measure key performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness, identify areas of improvement, and deliver reports to key stakeholders that influence learning strategies
Work closely with stakeholders to advise process and training gaps, and propose solutions or implementation plans to address identified gaps
Manage the LMS (learning management system) to ensure consistency in data and user experience
Develop learning vendor relationships and evaluation of their impact to learning programs
Partner with internal communications to define the Learning team's brand and execute internal communications strategy.
Contribute to the development of projects and programs to scale across different geographies
You Have:
5+ years prior professional experience in learning & development, human resources, or human capital consulting
2+ years program or project management experience
Outstanding written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
Ability to present or speak confidently and comfortably to live audiences
Ability to evaluate key performance indicators and end user feedback in order to identify areas of improvement and impact
Familiarity with Workday a plus
