Job Description

For more than 125 years, Experian has unlocked the power of data to create opportunities for consumers and businesses. Today, we have an opportunity for an experienced, motivated, talented Content Marketing Coordinator to help grow our content marketing team.

In this position, you will help further Experian Consumer Service’s editorial mission of bringing Financial Power to All by empowering consumers with actionable educational content, news and data to help them improve their financial lives.

As a Content Marketing Coordinator, you’ll have a strong attention to detail and will play a major role in keeping the content marketing operations running smoothly. Your main responsibility will be to work with the larger team to stage, schedule and publish articles, and to make changes to live content when updates are needed. In addition, you’ll work with internal teams to ensure compliance and accuracy for content that includes information subject to additional review.

As a Content Marketing Coordinator, you will:

  • Accurately stage, publish and update articles on WordPress, using a strong attention to detail to ensure final versions of Experian published content are accurate and compliant.
  • Work closely with the internal teams, including compliance and legal, to ensure seamless and expedited production that aligns with broader company goals.
  • Contribute to content marketing topic and strategy brainstorms.
  • Ensure on time publication.
  • Make edits to existing content as needed.


  • Strong experience with WordPress and HTML
  • General understanding of fundamental SEO and digital marketing ‘best practices.’
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills with the ability to work well with internal teams and project stakeholders.  
  • Able to manage multiple assignments and projects across internal and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate good personal judgment and exercise a commitment to ethical conduct.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in digital marketing/publishing.  
  • General knowledge of personal finance a plus.


  • Three weeks of vacation to start, five sick days and two volunteer days (plus eleven paid holidays)

  • This position will start out remote and can be 100% remote long term.
