In this role, you will be focused on leading a team of Learning Experience Designers, Design Associates and Knowledge Base Associates for the dedicated design and development of learning assets. In addition, this role will require active work in designing, delivering, and measuring the impact of learning and development programs that drive performance improvement across the Customer Success team. There is a broad range of opportunities including soft skills development, building product knowledge, workflow efficiency, and targeting behaviors that will have the greatest impact on performance.
You Will :
Designs and executes on a continued development strategy that enables the long term success of Customer Success Advocates.
Identifyies performance improvement opportunities and measuremeasures the impact of L&D programs through data analysis.
Apply adult learning methodology to identify and write learning objectives, storyboard content and design and develop learning approaches for classroom, online/web-based e-learning, virtual classroom, live instructor-led and blended learning environments.
Consult with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and usability of the targeted learning intervention and to determine the best learning solution for each training situation
Facilitate the conversion of traditional training materials to alternate learning formats (e.g., computer assisted instruction, Webcast delivery, video streaming, Internet, and/or state of the art technology/other means).
Manage the preparation of instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids) and required job aids, templates, and reference materials supporting different training platforms and formats.
Coordinate the development of learner materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
Partner with other members of the L&D team to deliver cross-functional training programs.
2+ years of management experience preferred
3+ years of experience in Learning and Development in a business setting
Extensive knowledge of educational trends in instructional technology and professional learning in face-to-face, virtual, and blended learning environments
Superior writing, editing and verbal skills with a demonstrable ability to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable guidance
Experience with applying adult learning principles and styles
Experience in Learning & Development, curriculum, or instructional design, including the design and development of microlearning
Experience managing the entire content creation workflow from concept to release with excellent organizational, project planning, and project management skills
Experience working cross-functionally, especially with various product, technology and other learning teams in an organization.
Highly proficient in Google Suite and E-learning tools i.e. Articulate 360, Captivate, etc.
Experience with Learning Management Systems and Microlearning design and distribution technology is a plus
An analytical, data-focused mindset with a track record of success in a metrics-driven environment.
A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty to understand the problems that face our customers and our team.
