We’re looking for an Install Base, Account Executive, Majors to join Procore’s Sales team. In this role, you’ll apply an understanding of Procore’s products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques to maximize renewals. You’ll collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, and Product to maintain and expand our Owners customer base.
This position reports to our Director, Install Base, and has the opportunity to be based in any of our US offices or remotely in the US. We’re looking for candidates to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Build deep relationships and manage the commercial relationship with high-level (often VP/ C-Suite) customer executives
Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with existing clients
Close renewals and expansion business consistently at or above quota level
Partner closely with your assigned customer success managers to ensure your customer is receiving expected value aligned to key objectives and challenges
Multithread across departments to build influence and uncover areas where Procore can deliver more value across the enterprise
Effectively map our solutions and unique value to our customers’ external pressures, business objectives, and challenges
Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory and document and distribute competitive information to benefit the team
Run effective discovery with customers to understand their needs and introduce solutions to help scale and grow their business
Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested and transparency on pipeline
Effectively communicate our value proposition to customers by pursuing an increased knowledge of key competitors
Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.com
Proactively solve problems within and outside of your area and contribute to additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
What we’re looking for:
BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
5+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
Proven record of success in an inside sales and or outside sales based selling model
Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Ability to develop trusted relationships
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools
Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting
