Service Process Specialist

As a Service Process Specialist, you will support and lead on-going initiatives surrounding services and service parts that support key product categories, with focus on supply-chain, distribution, and process improvements.

Responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and determining optimal processes for delivering critical parts to our customers, particularly, authorized service centers.
• Analyzing processes affecting service levels of service parts (on-time delivery) and implementing changes.
• Effectively working and partnering with cross-functional teams to accomplish key metrics and service levels.
• Supporting, developing, and overseeing field service software management programs and online/mobile tools that provide value to our service centers and/or business (e.g. Tableau, online parts sites, Visual Connect)
• Overseeing and supporting out-of-warranty service programs for key customers.
• Effectively navigating and utilizing recently launched SAP ERP and SAP C4C solutions.
• Creating and providing regular reports showing performance metrics (e.g. OTD, inventory availability, forecast accuracy).

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with a technical or analytical focus.
• 3+ years of optimization of processes/ Lean initiative experience.
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel for reporting and analysis tasks.
• Ability to apply systematic problem solving methods and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and apply improvements for optimization.
• Understanding of inventory control methods and best practices.
• Ability to work with a team and collaborate with cross-functional team members.
