• Elicit, understand, and restate complex business challenges
• Visualize customer internal systems and information topology
• Map customer problems and systems to Analytics solutions
•Establish confidence in recommendations via product expertise, custom product demonstrations, technical phone calls, workflow outlines, RFP/RFI responses, product roadmap discussions & business process diagrams
•Articulate and support selected recommendations consultatively and with an awareness of advancing the deal
•Design, develop, and implement advanced visualization applications and executive-level interactive dashboards to communicate advanced analytics models and solutions
•Engage with stakeholders and analytics business partners to understand business needs and translate requirements into advanced visualization designs and sustainable tools
•Develop strategies for trusted, long-term, high ROI solutions
•Partner with sales to deliver on revenue plan
•Demonstrate and advise in our core Analytics platforms including:
o Tableau Desktop
o Tableau Server, including Data Management and Server Management
o Tableau Online
o Alteryx and/or related data preparation tools
•Demonstrate and advise in the following tools:
o DataRobot, Dataiku or related data science tools
o Snowflake
•Communicate and champion the methods, processes, and certifications which make CoEnterprise a leading provider of Analytics Software and Services
•Leverage knowledge gained from production deployments and customer experiences
•Engage with team and customers in a consultative and approachable manner.
•Design and deliver presentation materials within established content and style parameters.
•The ideal candidate will be as comfortable developing and presenting solutions in Tableau Desktop as Server/Online.
•Proficient in delivering software demonstrations in-person and virtually
•Experience creating technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs and RFIs, etc.
•Proven experience working with employees at all levels of an organization
•Demonstrable experience with Enterprise-class Analytics software systems like Tableau, Alteryx and Snowflake
•Familiarity implementing Cloud providers including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and IBM Cloud
•Familiarity w/system integration methods such as web services, SOAP APIs & REST APIs
•Nice to have: familiarity with Advanced Analytics Applications with R and Python
•Structured and methodical approach to creating and maintaining notes, deliverables, statements of work and other work artifacts in accordance with team standards
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic Qualifications
•Must be a continually curious, committed, and efficient learner of new business and technology skills, highly responsive to emerging sales requirements
•Fluent with Tableau Desktop & Prep Builder
•Knowledgeable with data visualization and data preparation best practices, can provide portfolio of past work and advise on both technical and design best practices
•2 years prior experience within a mid-market or Enterprise level consulting, delivering, or selling SaaS solutions and concepts
•Willingness to travel 45% or more as needed
•Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple, often competing, workstreams effectively.
