Job Description

MMIT is hiring for a Talent Sourcer to support our newly created Executive Recruitment team and to be part of MMIT’s Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Sourcer plays a critical role within MMIT to help build a deep candidate pipeline for business-critical niche roles. He/she will partner with the Executive Recruiter to search and identify suitable candidates by using various proactive recruiting strategies. This role is responsible for targeting both active and passive talent pool through various sourcing channels such as ATS, LinkedIn, social media, functional societies etc. The Talent Sourcer is also responsible for conducting preliminary research to identify potential talents and implement the sourcing strategy created in partnership with the  Executive Recruiter and Hiring Manager.

How you will make an impact:

  • Identify various sourcing channels to engage and attract talents within IT/Commercial/Product or Operations space.
  • Produce qualified candidates to Executive Recruitment partners.
  • Responsible for lead generation and making initial contacts with passive talents.
  • Assist Executive Recruiters in client presentations, which includes helping with preparation of talent mappings, market research and competitor insights data.
  • Creating and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future Business critical needs.
  • Become an expert in ATS utilization to keep track of applicants as well as pipeline candidates.
  • Execute various campaigns or engagement strategies via ATS to keep the talent pool warm.

Additional Information

Position based in Yardley, PA or home based with some travel to local offices
