As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you will recommend and execute sourcing strategies with a focus on passive talent, and be an ambassador for Allegis Global Solutions and your clients brand at every interaction. You will…  

• Source qualified candidates for open requisitions within your clients industry
• Select & qualify candidates based upon culture, skill, & motivational fit. 
• Communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.  
• Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the client’s workforce plans.
• Provide professional advice and open and honest feedback to candidates in a timely manner and in accordance with recruitment best practices.

Do you have the following?  

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in the staffing industry, corporate talent acquisition, or related field.
• Proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies utilizing Boolean search logic, job boards, associations, social media, and internet searches.
• Strong knowledge of technology (ATS/CRM, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
