Recruiting Sourcer

Locus Robotics is a leader in the rapidly growing eCommerce order fulfillment optimization space. Our solution helps warehouse owners attain 2-3X efficiency improvement over cart-picking operations, by empowering pickers to work collaboratively with our robots. All this is accomplished while integrating with the operator’s Warehouse Management System, utilizing and optimizing existing facility infrastructure.

Locus Robotics Talent Acquisition team is searching for a talented Recruiting Sourcer to join our fast-growing team. Sourcing is a core strategic driver for Locus’ Talent Acquisition team, working closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to develop unique and creative strategies to find talent prospects for current role and to fill our pipeline for future hires.

Job Duties:

• Work with Recruiters to understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
• Collaborate with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation
• Source, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine if they meet basic qualifications
• Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
• Build diverse pipeline and actively engage in diversity recruiting strategies
• Develop data to track and share pipeline activity and market data with internal stakeholders

• 2+ years sourcing experience with corporate recruiting or agency recruiting
• Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with recruiters and hiring managers
• Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques
• Experience screening resumes to match qualifications
• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring partners in a global setting
• Full cycle recruiting experience across multiple tech/product disciplines
• Experience approaching passive candidates
• Well-developed Boolean search skills
• Strong communication skills: must have the ability to engage candidates via telephone in addition to electronic communication
