• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system

• Track and Trace files and reporting

• Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standards

• Contribute and maintain good relationship with suppliers

• Meet compliance and KPI standards at all times

• Understand customers procedures and mainatain internal SOPs
  

• Minimum one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results

• Team Player, Pro-active approach, strong organizational skills

• Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word)

• Experience with Danish Customs Export procedures

• Danish and English language skills required.
