As part of the HRSS Senior Management Team we need someone to support as well as lead on the delivery of HR Shared Services projects and initiatives. We are going through a large integration and process transformation programme and this role will boost the capacity and capability of our team to deliver transformational change.
Main areas of focus will be:
Support the projects and initiatives to improve HR services to line managers and employees. This may include helping to review data and systems usage to drive improvements.
Manage commercial and operational relationships with key outsourced and (internal) service providers of benefits, payroll, (systems, finance and fleet) to identify improvements and put action plans in place.
Contribute to the development of our end to end employee lifecycle processes and procedures including:
o Employee changes
o ER advisory
o Reward and payroll
o Exit management
Experience of establishing, leading and improving HR shared services in a large, fast-paced business environment with high expectations for efficiency and responsiveness
Able to pick up projects and pieces of work quickly and without difficulty to implement 'quick wins' as well as longer term improvements.
Focus and experience of system implementation and process improvement projects
Understanding of payroll processes and other statutory compliance obligations associated with HR for example right to work.
Desire and passion to deliver HR service basics to improve the HRSS credibility
Track record of developing and growing professional resources to deliver effective services
Broader experience and a desire to contribute to all aspects of HR service
