Job Description

As the recruiter for our team, you will serve as the recruitment leader in finding marketing talents who are culture fit, knowledgeable and experienced digital marketers. You will proactively lead the talent sourcing, recruitment and employment processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor, maintain, and grow our internal database of candidates for roles ranging from highly technical to interpersonal roles
  • Work with the hiring team to better understand the responsibilities of each open position
  • Implement and administer talent acquisition, recruitment process and evaluation
  • Manage and create job postings based on necessary responsibilities and duties, search optimization and job title keywords
  • Set realistic expectations for candidates in the pipeline
  • Collaborate with teams to create candidate assessments that test technical skills and communication skills
  • Sourcing for candidates by leveraging internet job boards, employee referrals, search engines, and web resume mining techniques and aggregating candidates into our SmartRecruiters account
  • Managing candidates seamlessly through the interview process; setting expectations, providing thoughtful feedback, negotiating/closing all offers
  • Providing regular status updates to Recruitment team and Marketing Hiring Team on recruitment for open positions
  • Screening and preparing candidate feedback for the marketing team hiring team in a timely and consistent manner
     

Qualifications

SKILLS

  • Experience recruiting and filling digital marketing at varying levels of seniority
  • Experience conducting research to build technical assessments
  • A self starter who can build and troubleshoot systems
  • Can work on PST (timezone) with at least 4 hours overlap between 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
