Job Description

This is an exciting role for a junior sales person to support and deliver EV charging across OEM dealerships throughout the UK. 

Our ambition is to be the leader in providing EV Charging throughout the UK.

  • Build strong relationships with OEM’s (franchises), throughout the UK, becoming a bp pulse (BPP) ambassador
  • Assist OEM dealerships in completing new Portal applications
  • Provide bespoke training to OEM dealerships, in a specified territory, with specific view to encourage new portal applications from OEM customers
  • Meet expected monthly and yearly targets in line with growth of the business; provide detailed reporting against targets
  • Share insights gained from customers on current products and future developments of BPP
  • Provide referrals to Business Development Dealership and Commercial teams, where possible
  • Work with marketing to come up with marketing initiatives to help promote BPP through our partner propositions
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, making recommendations internally on how we can improve to meet customer expectations
  • Region - Southern UK With 15 designated partners and over 1,000 plus dealerships

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience, with a passion for working in the EV market
  • Proven capability to operate and bring success in highly demanding and complex business, with ability to manage customer expectations
  • Communication skills – listen, understand, empathise, solve, advise, act, own a situation
  • Strong confidence and leadership, with entrepreneurial approach to continual improvement
  • Ability to network internally and externally
  • Organised, prepared and planned for success
  • Great understanding of excel, reporting and presenting
  • Expertise in strong interface and relationship building
  • High degree of flexibility to adapt to what is a fast-changing environment
  • Ambitious and target focused with a drive to succeed
  • Knowledge of the EV or Automotive sector is advantageous

  • Deliver business critical capability

  • Competitive base salary – Up to 50% OTE bonus
