Sr. Oracle Ecommerce Analyst

This position is for a Sr. Oracle commerce analyst who can work on the next generation customer facing ecommerce applications. The ideal candidate must have at least 5+ years of experience as an analyst handling ecommerce and system integration between customer and fulfilment systems, including oracle commerce cloud experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs and recommend improvements.
• Research, define and document current “As is” business processes and recommend improvements
• Assist in identifying the root cause of system and operational issues, analyze data, and recommend solutions
• Research and assist in resolution of production support issues.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and workflow analysis
• Create and maintain updated documentation on business processes, applications and business solutions including process flows, use cases, functional specifications, test cases, training and system manuals, and job aids
• Serve as the conduit for the flow of requirements between the customer community (both internal and external) and the technology and support teams
• Creation of structured project plans and ability to lead execution of the plan for small to medium projects
• Lead and/or assist quality assurance activities for small to medium projects
• This Professional operates under minimal supervision on medium to large size projects involving multiple products and/or platforms
• This person works closely with internal/external customers, architects and other consulting engineers and achieves results through strong subject matter expertise, collaboration, and teamwork
• The ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers is a must
• Submit status updates on all project activities to the leadership team
• Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and without the need for individual task-management and supervision

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related subject or equivalent experience in technology-related field
• 10+ years of overall experience
• 5+ years of Ecommerce domain experience
• 2-3 years B2B project implementations experience
• Oracle commerce cloud experience is a must.
• Experience with other Oracle products like Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus
• Knowledgeable in best practices and design patterns
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
• Quick learner and have a great attitude as a team player
