• First point of contact as engineering lead for customer project(s).
• Project handling including milestone planning, tracking,  project documentation according to specified processes
• Work  package definition and tracking, release planning, resource planning, quality assurance
• Monthly reporting of project status to management.
• Ensure process compliance - system development, validation, and delivery are according to guidelines and processes
• Lead the engineering project team
• Supplier/Vendor Management including vendor identification, vendor interfacing, milestone and delivery tracking.
• Support for Project acquisitions, Resource on boarding, resource loading

12-15 years of experience in Project Management handling multiple projects in automotive industry

B.E in Mechanical or Electronics & Electrical engineering

• Certification in Project management (PMP) is preferred
• Prior knowledge of handling Battery Pack Design, BMS topic is preferred
• Experience in systems / requirements engineering
• Good understanding of Engineering processes
• Good written / verbal communication and presentation skills to discuss issues / solutions with team and external customer.
• Flexible, willing to travel and participate for customer, vendor interactions
• Ability to structure, moderate and promote collaboration with international teams, negotiate with customer, support global organization.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, innovative thinking
• Ability to work independently in an organized and structured fashion with strong analytical skills that supports a systematic approach to problem resolution and strong communication skills to discuss issues/challenges with global development teams and external customers
