Job Description

The Supervisor, Paid Search COE is responsible for helping to form and lead the paid search center of excellence team within Publicis Media, working to drive best-in-class paid search expertise across Publicis agency  teams.  The Supervisor, Paid Search COE is a paid search media buying expert who will guide the Publicis Media paid search activation teams, including SEM Managers, and SEM Analysts.  The Paid Search Supervisor is accountable for the implementation of paid search media best practices and is a resource for accelerating our paid search media products and services.  Demonstrated account management is essential, along with experience activating sophisticated paid search media campaigns in both in Google and Bing Ads as well as multiple search bid platforms.

Paid Search Media Support

  • Monitors and supports agency team’s execution across paid search media partners
  • Ensures Publicis Media quality assurance processes are implemented
  • Owns the development and documentation of paid search media best practices for improving efficiencies within the Publicis Media agencies
  • Measures advancement progress of the Publicis Media agency paid search executions
  • Serves as the intake point and first response to paid search media queries from the agencies
  • Continuously evaluates the paid search media landscape offerings and identifies testing opportunities for agency teams
  • Facilitates the top relationships with our paid search media partners and tech platforms
  • Keeps agency activation teams abreast of paid search platform features and roadmaps
  • Coordinates collaboration sessions and office hours with the paid search media teams within the Publicis agencies
  • Participates in developing and evolving the Publicis Media products for paid search activation

 Thought Leadership

  • Embraces and encourages a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and thoughtful curiosity
  • Motivates and guides Publicis Media agency teams, working collaboratively to drive paid search media initiatives that meet our clients’ performance and business goals
  • Create advanced paid search media playbooks, driving adoption and activation excellence across teams
  • Curate and disseminate paid search media POVs and thought leadership pieces for the agencies and clients
  • Contribute to learning and development content creation, providing consistent training across everything paid search media
  • Understands and explain the features and benefits of all PMX products and services


  • Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred
  • 3-4+ years of demonstrated success in paid search media buying; agency or brand experience preferred
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and project management skills
  • Adept at working cross-functionally and communicating effectively
  • Demonstrated sophisticated understanding of paid search media principles
  • High proficiency level in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work autonomously and balance multiple tasks
