    Job Description

    MacroHealth is looking for a smart, passionate, and highly skilled Senior Product Manager, motivated to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will build and implement product strategies to help achieve our company goals, lead process management and improvement initiatives and lead our cross-functional teams to successfully introduce new products and features to our platform. You will be in contact with clients and customers to understand their needs and collaborate with Marketing and Product Documentation teams to enhance and position  our market-disrupting solutions. 

    You will join a world-renowned leadership team with a track record of leading the development of multiple successful companies and products. 

    What you will do: 

    1. Build and implement product strategies to align with and achieve company goals  

    • Collaborate with senior leadership to determine corporate product objectives  
    • Prepare business cases and recommendations to expand the product base and support strategy  
    • Define and implement product strategies consistent with the company’s goals  
    • Develop and maintain product roadmaps  
    • Deliver product requirements and determine feature details 

    2. Complete market research and analyze market trends  

    • Understand and stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and innovative solutions across the industry  
    • Monitor and analyze market participants, competitive product offerings, and marketing trends  
    • Manage the discovery process for potential new products/lines of business  
    • Define product requirements based on customer needs, market factors and technological trends  
    • Develop key content to educate the company on competitive products, pricing, and value propositions 

    3. Engage with clients and customers   

    • Work effectively with clients to develop a deep understanding of their needs and to gain insights into their business goals  
    • Drive product features based upon client/customer feedback 
    • Partner with clients to support achievement of their strategic goals and to communicate MacroHealth’s value propositions  

    4. Lead cross functional teams to successfully introduce new products and features  

    • Own the product experience, spanning the software development lifecycle using Agile principles  
    • Assist in Scrum related activities, including sprints and client demos  
    • Foster a team dynamic to support continual improvement 

    5. Lead Process Management and Improvement initiatives  

    • Define and implement technology solutions to materially improve business operations  
    • Seek ways to adapt to meet the company’s and customers’ evolving needs  

    6. Support Marketing and Product Documentation teams  

    • Collaborate with Marketing to develop product positioning and value proposition  
    • Create marketing and product documentation content as required. 

    Qualifications

    • Ability to influence and indirectly manage peers and teams to achieve goals  
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and technical members at all levels including the executive level  
    • Experience leading enterprise projects with ability to ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met 
    • In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer and stakeholder trust and confidence 
    • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view  
    • Curious, always seeking “the why” and not just “the what” 
    • Demonstrated ability to learn, work across and use technologies to manage business needs 

    About your background: 

    • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering, or the equivalent in experience  
    • 5+ years experience building enterprise applications in a product management role or similar experience working on product definition in a sales engineering or software engineering role  
    • Experience with building cloud services or SaaS technologies 

    What will separate you from other applicants? 

    • Knowledge of Agile methodologies  
    • Understanding of Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or similar cloud stacks  
    • Experience using Atlassian, JIRA or equivalent to manage backlogs and document features  
    • Experience using Aha!
