Square is looking for a resourceful, analytical, and detail-oriented Global Supply Chain and Logistics Lead to develop and scale our Hardware Wallet logistics, fulfillment and distribution operations that will distribute to 100+ countries. This is a senior, execution-oriented role central to the development of an impactful, highly-visible new product area.
You will report to the Hardware Supply Chain Lead
You Will:
Develop a supply chain and logistics strategy that supports the global growth objectives of the Square wallet
Work with the Wallet Business Lead to ensure the distribution strategy can meet the needs of an aggressive and evolving GTM strategy, and to explore opportunities for product availability through distribution partnerships
Design and implement a commercial and operational roadmap that supports world wide distribution across a variety of channels in all markets
Work with IT, finance, accounting, tax and other partner teams to deliver tools, systems, and processes to ensure smooth product flow, leveraging existing infrastructure where appropriate for the product and developing new tools where needed
Work with partner teams to define order-to-cash cycles (O2C) and procure-to-pay cycles (P2P) and ensure design of the fulfillment and logistics network optimizes for both
Develop supplier and distribution channel relationships, including distributors, retailers, partnerships that enable availability of the hardware wallet
Lead vendor selection and contract negotiations, including distributor pricing, levels of service and inventory asset management requirements
Design, develop, and deploy elastic supply chain models that ensure we are insulated from a variety of risks - including those posted by a dynamic regulatory environment for cryptocurrency-related products
You Have:
15+ years of experience in Global Distribution, Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations, including network design and outsourced operations management.
Experience setting vision and executing reliably in both established businesses and blank-slate environments
A history of excellent working relationships and enabling the success of others
