Job Description

Our team is seeking a HR Generalist/HR Analyst passionate about Process Optimization and with strong analytical thinking to support a fast-growing business. In this role, you will not only partner with stakeholders and HRBPs to support a variety of existing HR activities, but you will also have a key role in driving changes that will increase the team’s efficiency and productivity.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create and analyze workforce metrics, trends, reports, and presentations.
  • Respond to data requests from HRBPs and other members of the team
  • Partner with a Global HRIS team to have the latest HR analytics tools and resources and seek thought partnership as needed
  • Review administrative processes looking for opportunities to increase efficiency (including automation through company provide tool), recommending and driving solution implementation with the support of other team members
  • Partner with Managers and/or HR Business Partners on employee relations situations
  • Provide the operational knowledge and expertise to guide managers and employees on HR processes
  • Collaborate with the HR Center of Excellence (CoE) and Regional HR to support various talent initiatives to include Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Workforce Planning, etc.
  • Guide hiring managers on talent needs, such as job evaluation, determining job requirements, offer equity, and planning for expedited onboarding
  • Advise managers on HR policies and procedures; ensure understanding and administration is fair and consistent; provide interpretation and standard practice; escalate as appropriate
  • Handle various activities related to onboarding and off-boarding
  • Participate in inclusion and diversity programs, and other business-specific employee programs

Qualifications

What your background looks like

  • An undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Development or Effectiveness preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • A minimum of 2 years related experience within a range of HR disciplines preferable experience with HR Analytics and Process Optimization
  • Experience working with metrics, reports and data systems
  • Fast learner. You will be trained in a series of HR support and analytics systems and being able to leverage your learnings across several disciplines will be crucial to your success.
  • Must have excellent follow-through and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management, and partner extremely well with others to get work done with and through others
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Experience in counseling managers and employees in employment-related matters such as performance issues/reviews and employee relations issues
  • Proven expertise in Excel, being able to create and consolidate data, pivot tables, build dashboards and automated templates.

  • During this pandemic, all Experian employees are working remotely. Once it’s safe to do so, we’ll slowly return to our offices however we are in no rush to do this. The safety of our employees is of utmost importance.
