Working as a member of the Marketing and Communications team, you will be a great all-around player in all our internal communication programs that contribute to improved business clarity, pride in our work, enhanced performance, better experiences for our people, and, ultimately, the transformational impact for our clients. As Publicis Sapient grows and evolves, you will work closely with various stakeholders to engage, curate, and collaborate on every aspect of the IC team’s reach to drive and enhance global coverage across all verticals and career stages.
The global position based in North America will offer the right candidate the unique opportunity to grow and learn the skills and data required to communicate and engage at a global scale, advancing understanding and engagement with our people (our customers), and shaping the narrative for and within our company. You’ll help ensure communications informs and inspires our people, and ultimately enhances everyone’s growth and employee journey at PS.
Strong candidates will be keen storytellers with an education in marketing, public relations or communications, and understand its link to employee engagement, employee advocacy, brand strategy, and leadership enablement. This role offers an opportunity to support and learn to work with a global communications strategy and will be key in measuring and proving value on creative, digital-first approaches and content.
•Cultivate and maintain relationships and partnerships across teams to shape communications and provide guidance and strategy
•Create IC campaigns with content, logistics, follow-up and reporting
•Organize virtual and in-person events for executives and senior leaders
•Source and create stories that elevate our people and celebrate our strategy while carefully addressing people needs and feedback
•Create and distribute written, visual, and video communications
Your Skills & Experience:
•Have 3-5 years experience in marketing, communication, or PR
•Be a curious self-starter, critical thinker, and fast learner eager to try new things
•Have a data-driven and analytic mindset
•Be a comprehensive storyteller with abilities including writing, interviewing, reporting, and video and visual editing
•Have an understanding of social media platforms
•Have a comfortable approach to engaging with all levels of the organization
•Have a global mindset, understanding and adapting to regional nuances
•Have an entrepreneurial spirit
