Job Description

We are currently seeking a Contract Analyst to join the Accelerated Commercial Enablement (ACE) team within DA. Reporting to the VP of ACE, this position is part of a team that supports transactions from client interest through signature and plays a key part in creating effective commercial solutions for our clients and our business. 

This Contract Analyst serves as the central point of contact and responsibility for the DA client contractual process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Internal collaboration and negotiations
  • Client discussion and negotiations
  • Process and commercial terms verification (Strat Pricing)
  • Review and approval of custom contracts, and non-standard terms
  • In collaboration with Contracts Counsel, manages and guides escalation process for contractual exceptions requiring executive leadership approval
  • Contract summarization
  • Contract process leadership and best practice guidance, including developing and delivering Sales training on the contracts process
