3. Experienced with supporting organizations preferably supporting North America users along with India users and familiar with set-up, configuration, troubleshooting and repair activities typically associated with a large End-User environment
4. Strong expertise on working Ticketing system and SLA part associated with the ticketing portal
5. Having strong interpersonal skills allows technical support specialists to communicate with customers and solve technical-related problems quickly and efficiently
6. Understand on Incident Management, Problem and Change Management; ITIL process and its best practices
7. Candidate should be team player, willing to share knowledge and engage in team development exercise. Should be open to rotational shift and work from Office first 3 months
