Job Description

As the Lead, Organizational Change Management (OCM), Digital Modernization you will manage the creation and implementation of change management, training, communication, and engagement plans that maximize employee buy-in and adoption, while identifying and mitigating people-side risks, as it relates to the Digital Modernization strategic initiative. Partnering cross-functionally, this role will drive effective adoption of changes impacting employees within the organization such that business benefits are achieved.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Align with and advise stakeholders on appropriate change methodology/approach to implement in support of modernization efforts, while building a strategic vision to achieve success
  • Create and manage implementation of robust Change Plan by defining targeted change strategies to support impacted stakeholders along the change curve (i.e. training, organizational education, communications, engagement, change agent networks)
  • Apply a structured methodology and manage development, execution, sustainment, and monitoring of change management activities for the Digital Modernization Roadmap, including Stakeholder Impact Analysis, Business Readiness Assessment, and Sustainment Plan
  • Develop and execute change management plans with measurable objectives based on scope and impact of change
  • Develop and oversee execution of communication plans
  • Partner with training SMEs to orchestrate and support training needs as it relates to change program
  • Formulate, socialize and ensure buy-in of specific plans to mitigate potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance
  • Leverage strong influence and negotiation skills to effectively engage and manage key stakeholders in execution of change plans
  • Provide guidance to project teams within scope of change management methodologies
  • Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes
  • Partner with internal leaders in formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation
  • Coach sponsors and stakeholders on leading successful change within and across multiple businesses to achieve long-term integration
  • Collaborate with others to drive flexible and iterative solutions, quickly and easily
  • Share technical knowledge with others and actively seek to learn from those more knowledgeable than yourself
  • Help others see the impacts of their efforts and proactively engage other functions to get input
  • Encourage others to freely share their point of view and be open to feedback

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ progressive change management experience
  • Proven track record in the integration of complex change management across various organizational stakeholders, ideally with experience in Digital/Technology transformation
  • Willing to co-create with internal teams to achieve long-lasting success
  • Change management certification or designation desired
  • Superior facilitation, impact and influence skills to effectively engage and manage stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to develop strong business relationships with internal partners and be able to work with minimal supervision in an unstructured and fast-paced environment
  • Experienced change agent, able to guide cross-functional teams through complex change from concept to execution
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and adaptable – comfortable with ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong analytic and decision-making abilities
