If so, the Inside Sales Consultant role at SpectaMedix may be your perfect fit.

We’re on the hunt for a frontline professional who both creates demand for outside sales reps, while building and closing their own pipeline as well. We’re looking for an overachiever who likes to blow by sales targets and is self-motivated in their quest for excellence. To this you’ll need rock solid phone skills, expertise in leveraging LinkedIn & other social media platforms for lead generation, the ability to interact with senior level contacts, and navigate the waters of effective lead management.

This position is for fearless enough to take on the role, we can guarantee you’ll be challenged, rewarded financially, and be a core part of a mission to help drive better outcomes at a lower cost within healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Tactical execution of the new client acquisition strategy as well as collaborating with our sales team to ensure the successful transfer of a qualified lead
  • Must be able to differentiate our solutions and build deep relationships as trusted advisor.
  • Identify and target new opportunities through cold calling, online sites, referrals, inbound leads and events
  • Proficiently leverage social media platforms such as LinkedIn for lead generation activities
  • Create business strategy for penetrating new targets and accurately forecast pipeline weekly
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Travel to prospective customer sites and major Healthcare conferences in the US, representing and presenting the SpectraMedix brand.
  • Work independently, be a self-starter with competencies to present all SpectraMedix solutions at C-Level of target organizations
  • Prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with all SpectraMedix team members

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of inside solutions sales experience
  • Verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas/targets
  • Expertise in leveraging social media platforms to uncover qualified leads
  • Familiarity with current information systems technology and healthcare industry trends
  • Ability to demonstrate consistent and effective closing techniques throughout the sales cycle
  • Proven history of solutions-selling capability with strong consultative skills and an ability to craft business solutions to complex business problems
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in business and IT strategies for health plans and Accountable Care Organizations is a plus.
