This position is 100% REMOTE. Qualified applicants must reside within the United States.

They’re excited to invite you, an experienced UX Researcher to join this team that’s in hyper-growth mode. You’ll enjoy the ability to work from the comfort of your own home in this fully remote role.

What you get to do:

  • Play a key role in defining metrics for design evaluations and user experience
  • Take ownership of the user research tasks, including ownership of the research roadmap, primary/secondary user research, etc.
  • Thoroughly document research insights before relaying findings and identifying necessary action items
  • Collaborate with other product teams to prioritize needs, define the research roadmap, plan and carry out A/B testing, etc.
  • Continuously improve user experience research methodologies

Qualifications

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field of study
  • 3+ years of experience carrying out user experience (UX) research within product-focused environment(s)
  • Proven ability to construct, execute, and analyze usability tests along with other relevant testing initiatives
  • Demonstrable understanding of behavioral analysis and quantitative data
  • Previous experience translating complex information into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, both oral and written
