What you’ll do:
Manage shipments and task tracking with internal logistics teams based in the US, EU
and China to monitor and coordinate global warehouse and shipping solutions.
Create and implement improvements to our transportation and logistics network that
deliver flexible and efficient products on behalf of our customers.
Create actionable reporting and monitor assigned logistics KPIs on a daily basis.
Communications across various internal and external partners to ensure alignment of
goals and tasks to ensure the overall success of the program.
Tactical leadership of strategic initiatives planning and forecasting to appraise
performance and problem resolution by directly contacting 3PL partners in US/CN/EU.
Create new processes and solutions related to returns and reverse logistics.
Work within tight time constraints to meet critical business needs; we work fast and

Bachelor’s Degree or in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics or STEM
Proven background and 4+ years prior experience in a program management or
operational role within parcels, international logistics, forward/reverse logistics and
warehousing management
Demonstrable track record of success with proven experience in executing program
solutions in a fast paced, high growth, operational business environment
Experience managing, negotiating, and communicating with internal business partners
A self-motivator that manages multiple deployments of complex projects
simultaneously. Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and
projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines
Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create
and build new processes
Knowledge and experience with Incoterms and customs clearance
Familiarity with Google docs, sheets, slides
Naturally curious. You're innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways
to improve current processes.
Mandarin speaking is a plus
