Experian Consumer Services is looking for a talented Sr. UX Researcher. You will be a vital member of the team responsible for the creation and optimization of Experian’s consumer facing financial products. Your role is to compliment business strategies and aid in creating best-in-class user experiences through UX research. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, Consumer Insights, Data Analysts, and Developers) to research, create, implement and test engaging product experiences for our portfolio of responsive web and native mobile apps.
Recently established, Experian’s UX Research program is in its early stages, so there’s plenty of room to help develop it and leave your mark.
