Account Manager – Employee Benefits Division

Our Employee Benefits Division is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Keene, NH. The Account Manager supports the Employee Benefits team and their clients, directly and indirectly, to assure that there is repeated success, the clients are fully satisfied and identify clients' new needs. While this position has the option to be remote, we do require that candidates be within driving distance to at least one of our 12 office locations.

KEY REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Intermediate or higher level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Exposure to Human Resources (HR) related software a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess exceptional independent judgement and decision-making skills
• Strong customer orientation required.
• Good organizational and analytical skills required.
• Ability to work independently and be self-directed; demonstrates self-confidence.
• Ability to show empathy towards others.
• Set the professional tone of cooperation, teamwork and judgment.
• Ability to manage stressful situations in a positive way.

• Account Managers must attain a Life and Health Insurance License within 18 months of starting with The Richards Group.
