    Job Description

    The A&F Co. Human Resources team is dedicated to identifying, acquiring, and retaining the best and brightest within the retail industry and beyond. In addition to supporting our associates at the Global Home Office and around the world, our team is focused on making A&F a place where people can continually develop and grow as inclusive leaders. The Talent Acquisition team is a core strategic driver of A&F’s future success. This unique opportunity on our Professional Talent Acquisition team will support global recruiting strategies for early career to senior management opportunities across a variety of corporate functions focused on digital technology and marketing. 

    What will you be doing?

    • Manage talent sourcing and acquisition strategies for IT and digital-facing functions at the Global Home Office
    • Develop Global Home Office recruiting attraction strategies that drive diverse talent to A&F
    • Partner with Business Leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBP) to ensure the right acquisition strategies are delivered against complex roles and talent profiles
    • Develop proactive pipeline and sourcing strategies to deliver the right talent, at the right time
    • Build a strategic network of industry leaders in digital technology
    • Manage full life-cycle recruiting process from open role initiation to new hire on-boarding
    • Leverage advanced and creative sourcing techniques to discover top talent within complex searches
    • Evaluate technical expertise; leveraging a high level of technical acumen
    • Manage and develop recruiting technologies, creating roadmaps for future investments
    • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
    • Summarize and present candidate feedback and hiring recommendations to HRBP’s and business leaders
    • Leverage data and innovation to drive results, share industry knowledge and talent mapping to business partners
    • Stay curious and research best practices to help drive I&D strategy; provide tools to ensure effective execution of I&D initiatives
    • Create innovative solutions to strengthen diversity, inclusion, and cultural competencies across the organization as the company continues to grow globally
    • Project manage and support ad hoc initiatives – employer branding, data & analytics, vendor management etc

    What will you need to bring?

    • A Bachelor's degree
    • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and working with senior level talent
    • Experience in technical and behavioral evaluation – ability to accurately assess performance and potential
    • Passion for recruitment technology and interest in driving future investments
    • Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing and exceptionally strong networking skills
    • Ability to strategically build top talent pipelines and proactive recruiting models
    • Knowledge of recruiting metrics, assessment tools and techniques
    • Proven leadership experience and ability to thrive in team-based settings
    • Passion for retail and the Abercrombie & Fitch co. family of brands
    • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently to leadership
    • Successful track record in building and maintaining relationships
    • Strong orientation to quality, continuous improvement and customer service
    • Engaging personality with the ability to respond quickly and positively to change
    • A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the brand
