The position will provide an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic fast paced environment. You will be a member of the newly created Finance team of approx. 8 resources in Costa Rica with the objective of creating new and streamlining existing financial management processes.
The role will be responsible for ensuring the financial controls and providing the reporting and analytics for the two biggest spend types (Labour and Vendor related spend) in the EITS organisation. As a central role, the candidate will be provided exposure to a wide variety of finance related topics and will be influential in co-ordinating deliverables across the wider Finance team.
This person will be a key contributor to both the local Costa Rica Finance team and the overall Global EITS finance team and will interact with senior levels across multiple functions. The successful candidate will capitalize on the opportunity of working in an environment where continuous improvement and new ideas are welcomed and provide the ability to make a large impact across the global organization.
