Job Description

The Sr. Associate, Media Billing Specialist will play an integral role in the execution and delivery of the global billing reconciliation process for 40+ key markets. This individual will work with agency Finance and Accounting teams in the development and review of FX reconciliation by campaign in addition to assisting the Global Operations team with review/processing of billings, audit proof of performance evidence in our workforce system, manage the global billing process from start to finish and lead trainings/onboarding process for assigned client.   

Role Objectives: 

Manage Global Billing Campaign Reconciliation 

  • Oversee 40+ markets to meet contractually obligated reconciliation deadlines 
  • Develop and deliver reconciliation confirmation document 
  • Work with agency finance to develop and review FX reconciliation by campaign as part of client reconciliation deliverable 
  • Monitor global compliance and implement new processes as needed 

Local Market Invoice Review and Client Billing Package 

  • Review monthly local market invoice submissions for accuracy and completeness  
  • Review and reconcile 3rd party proof of performance evidence submission to invoice totals 
  • Coordinate with one of 40+ markets to resolve discrepancies and provide required revisions 

Client Billing Submissions 

  • Create and review all client delivery confirmations and invoice submissions 
  • Manually submit to client specific billing system (BQMS) 

Market Process Communication/Training 

  • Prepare and maintain training materials & documents to distribute to global markets 
  • Work with markets to adapt to changing processes and client demands 


  • BA or BS in Accounting, Finance or related field  
  • 1+ years of experience working in a Finance, Accounting or Billing Operations capacity  
  • Agency experience is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas, VLookups, etc. 
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast paced environment 
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Comfort level managing complex processes/details  
  • Excellent organizational skills with time line sensitivities  
  • Possess the ability to adapt to new systems (specifically project management tolls) quickly with proper training 
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate to numerous groups of people spanning across 40+ markets  
  • Excellent written/verbal/oral communication skills  
  • High attention to detail 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at any given time
